Terms of Service

By using Proxier you accept the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Proxier provides access to proxy servers for privacy, security and network traffic management. Credentials are delivered after payment is confirmed.

2. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how you use the service and agree to comply with all applicable laws. You may not use Proxier for:

• illegal activity, fraud or unauthorized access to systems;
• spam, malware or cyber attacks;
• child exploitation or unlawful content;
• any action that harms third parties or the infrastructure.

3. Payments, fees and refunds

Payments are made in Bitcoin. A flat network fee, shown at checkout, is added to every order. Payments are generally non-refundable once credentials are delivered. If a proxy is non-functional within 24 hours we offer replacement or a refund at our discretion.

4. Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and external factors may affect availability.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, without notice and without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Proxier is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
